This is an "Open Trail Day" at the farm--the entry fee is a voluntary DONATION, all of which will benefit the "Warwick Valley Humane Society"--an organization that was dear to Patti's heart, and she supported for years. This way we feel we can continue to honor her love of riding out, her favorite cause and offer a good ride and great day to all.

** You will receive a map upon entry. All gates and passable trails will be open. You are free to ride at your own pace and pleasure (not leaving our 200 acre property) between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.

** Helmets and current Coggins (and your own horse) are required

** Bring your cell phone, (just in case you get lost)

Our second annual "Patti's Ride" will be held on Sunday, September 22rd. 

this is an "Open Trail Day" at the farm--the entry fee is a voluntary DONATION, all of which will benefit the "Warwick Valley Humane Society"--an organization that was dear to Patti's heart, and she supported for years..this way we felt we could honor her love of riding out, her favorite cause and offer a good ride and great day to all.

**you will receive a map upon entry; all gates and routes passable will be opened--you are free to ride at your own pace and pleasure (not leaving our property) between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.

We are happy to announce and offer our Competitive Trail Obstacle and Arena Obstacle Challenge for 2019. 

Sunday, July 14th is our Wizard of Oz Theme - Challenges on the trail and in the arena

Competitive Trail Challenge - Beginner and Advanced Divisions - Trail will be approximately 5 miles long and will take you over fields and river crossings and through forests, with several judged obstacles along the way. You are welcome to ride alone or with your friends. There is no set number of riders per group. 9:00 am - 3:00 pm with last riders out by 12:00.

Competitive Arena Challenge - Beginner and Advanced Divisions - This will test your trail skills with obstacles in an enclosed area. There's no official in-hand division but you're welcome to enter and school your green horse in-hand through the beginner course (minus one point per obstacle). Arena Challenge will take place from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. 

Ribbons to 6 places will be awarded in each division. Highest scorer in each division (combined Trail & Arena) wins either a day pass to Quiet Creek or entry into any one of our remaining 2019 Hunter Paces, for you and a friend.

Trail challenge $45 (bring a non competing friend with you $25)  Arena challenge $30. If you register for both challenges $65. You do not need to pre-register. Please email or call us with any questions.

HI EVERYONE--due to conditions in the parking field and more rain on the way, we've decided to CANCEL the Sunday Holiday Trail Ride.

Our Thanksgiving Hunter Pace will be held on Sunday, November 18th! Come out and enjoy the beautiful, scenic pace course!
This pace is part of the Virginia Martin Memorial Hunter Pace Trophy Series. Windy Hollow Hunt and Quiet Creek Stable co-sponsor this series for riders competing in at least 3 out of the 5 fall paces offered by WHH & Quiet Creek Stable. The trophy will be awarded to the pace team scoring the most points regardless of the division they ride in. High point series winners of the Open, Novice & Hilltopping Divisions will also win gorgeous coolers for their horses. Coolers & Trophy to be awarded at this final pace here at Quiet Creek Stable (formerly Borderland Farm). Coolers compliments of Green Valley Tack.   www.greenvalleytack.com
