Halloween Hunter Pace

Pre-registration is required by Friday, Oct. 23rd. Same day entries will NOT be accepted. Please see the bottom of this event description for the Pre-registration Process.

Our Halloween Hunter Pace will be held on Sunday, October 25th (with a rain date the following Sunday). Come out and enjoy the beautiful, scenic pace course and as always, costumes are encouraged! More information to follow regarding the Virginia Martin Memorial Trophy Competition.

* Start time: 9:30- 12:30

* $50 for adults and $30 for juniors

* Open, Novice and Hilltopping divisions with ribbons to six places in each division

* Jumping is optional and all jumps have go-arounds

* Helmets, and current Coggins are required

* Riders under 18 must have parental/trainer signature on entry form

* Tailgating is welcome until 4:00 when we must close the field for the night

QUIET CREEK PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS 

All entrants must be pre-registered before October 23rd

1.     Download and complete the Hunter Pace Entry Form. One form per rider and please list the other members of your team so we can ensure teams are kept intact throughout the process. (all members of the team must be in the same division).

2.     Email the completed Entry Form to quietcreek@optimum.net

3.     Your team number will be assigned and emailed to you.

4.     Payment is due on the day of the pace. Please bring copy of your current Coggins and payment to the Registration table in the pole barn after you have parked your trailer.

Make checks payable to Quiet Creek Stable LLC and if paying by cash, please have exact amount.
