Halloween
Hunter Pace
Come out and enjoy the beautiful, scenic pace course and as always, costumes are encouraged!
Our Halloween Hunter Pace has been postponed to Sunday, November 28th This pace is part of The Virginia Martin Memorial Pace Series. Winners of this pace and our Thanksgiving Hunter Pace will determine the winners with the highest points won by riding in at least 3 of the fall Windy Hollow Hunt and Quiet Creek Hunter Paces.
Start time: 9:30- 12:30
$50 for adults and $30 for juniors
Open, Novice and Hilltopping divisions with ribbons to six places in each division
Jumping is optional and all jumps have go-arounds
Helmets, and current Coggins are required
Riders under 18 must have parental/trainer signature on entry form
Tailgating is welcome until 4:00 when we must close the field for the night

QUIET CREEK PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS
All entrants must be pre-registered by November 26th
Download and complete the Hunter Pace Entry Form. One form per rider and please list the other members of your team so we can ensure teams are kept intact throughout the process. (all members of the team must be in the same division).
Email the completed Entry Form to quietcreek@optimum.net
Your team number will be assigned and emailed to you.
Payment is due on the day of the pace. Please bring copy of your current Coggins and payment to the Registration table in the pole barn after you have parked your trailer.
Make checks payable to Quiet Creek Stable LLC and if paying by cash, please have exact amount.
