Please join us Sunday, November 20th for our Thanksgiving Hunter Pace!
This pace is part of the Virginia Martin Memorial Pace Series. Winner of this pace will determine the winners with the highest points won by riding in at least 3 of the Fall Windy Hollow Hunt & Quiet Creek Hunter Paces.
You must pre-register. Please download the Entry Form and follow the instructions below. You’ll need to register by Friday, November 18th (Day of entries cannot be accepted this time)
Details are as follows:
Sunday, November 20th (rain date the following Saturday)
Start time: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Open, Novice and Hilltopping divisions; ribbons to six places in each division
Jumping optional; all jumps have go-arounds
Helmets and current coggins please
Riders under 18 must have parental/trainer signature on entry
$50 for adults and $30 for juniors
Tailgating, in accordance with current guidelines and restrictions at that time, will be welcome until 3:30 when we must close our fields for the night
QUIET CREEK PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS
All entrants must be pre-registered by Friday, November 18th
Download and complete the Hunter Pace Entry Form. One form per rider and please list the other members of your team so we can ensure teams are kept intact throughout the process. (all members of the team must be in the same division).
Email the completed Entry Form to quietcreek@optimum.net
Your team number will be assigned and emailed to you.
Payment is due on the day of the pace. Please bring copy of your current Coggins and payment to the Registration table in the pole barn after you have parked your trailer.
Make checks payable to Quiet Creek Stable LLC and if paying by cash, please have exact amount.
